GoogleMichael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home. They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move. Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with. It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us. Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way. Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. Caroline was brilliant at keeping the sale transaction moving along, letting nothing sit still for too long. I can’t recommend Phil and his team enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, she constantly updates you after chasing the chain of sale. Her professionalism is a credit to this branch. If you need an agent that actually completes the tasks they offer its simple ask for Magda, you will not be dissatisfied she will be along side you every step of the way!

I understand he has now gone to MG MK but I would highly recommend the team at Newport Pagnell and of course now MK that Harry is there. We sold and bought through MG and can honestly say that are worth every penny!

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I were listed with another agent in Towcester for about 5 months with barely any viewing before making the switch to MG. Within 1 week MG delivered and found us a buyer! We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises. My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors 🙄) but MG always remained professional and in the loop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleWe had had difficulties selling our house, through no fault of our previous estate agents, but we swapped to Michael Graham and were sold STC within a week. MG were not just effective in securing the sale, but also communicative, friendly and proactive throughout the process. Shout out to Jo, Tristan and Harry (Newport Pagnell/MK branch) for all their guidance and support during our sale and purchase. You get what you pay for, and in the case of Michael Graham it was worth every penny.
