Purchased a property that was marketed by Michael Graham through their Buckingham office. I must admit that, due to past experience, my opinion of estate agents was pretty low but I must admit that Gareth has changed those views positively. Gareth managed the purchase of our property very well and in line with what he stated. We have just purchased our next home through Michael Graham Estate Agents and have had a first class experience throughout. Our entire purchase has taken just 12 weeks, from offer to completion (moving in date). This is despite the fact we had summer August holidays in the middle and had to comission a Lv3 survey due to the type of property. A special mention must be given to Gareth Redman, the Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator who negotiated the sale and acted as our point of contact throughout. Gareth was both project manager and facilitaor, a co-pilot throughout the process proactively checking in with both sides to maintain momentum and resolve any issues. Having had such a stressful experiences with other estate agents we cannot now imagine ever using another company, and would recomend Michael Graham Estate Agents wholeheartedly.

Rarely leave reviews (unless extremely dissatisfied!) however I feel compelled to extoll not only Michael Graham for their speed, professionalism and dedication but also Luke Jackson and Gareth Redman. Luke did an amazing job of valuing and marketing our previous home and Gareth (our main point of contact throughout the 'journey') was 110% dedicated to our case until we completed last week. On a personal note, we had a baby through this process, Christmas and NY holidays, our move to a new house etc so were stretched, but Gareth was truly the glue throughout- chasing us, the buyer, the various solicitors etc etc until the job was done. Would likely have not managed to sell without him and we are of course wholeheartedly grateful and fully recommend Michael Graham.
