!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst Agency!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a worst experience with this agency. We moved into a house which was not at all cleaned. They did the inventory with all the dirty marks everywhere and still didn't bother to clean the house. Also usually we get the inventory checkin report before moving into the property. They sent us the inventory report after 5 days from the move in date. The house was so dirty and it took almost 4 hours of continuous effort for me to clean just the kitchen. I have never seen any agency like this who intentionally troubles their tenants to save some money. I would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t buy or rent from this agency if you want a smooth and peaceful experience.

Richard was very quick to visit, placed on the market and sold - all within 10 days! We had nothing but positive experiences from the whole team. Lee Barry was our main point of contact who managed the numerous back-to-back viewings on the day we sold. We found his friendly approach mixed with his efficient and timely responses very helpful. Brochure was professionally produced and Ollie the photographer was a star. The app was the icing on the cake - it is a great tool to keep you updated on progress 24/7. Regrettably I let a property “fully managed” through Michael Graham, paying the high fees believing their promises of looking after my interests better than their competitors. They watched over the property as things went missing and were damaged, telling me everything was ok, some of the above being documented with photos, but not acted on whilst the tenant was in situ. Once said tenant had left, all I was left with was the deposit and no constructive assistance from MG. In the aftermath dealing with the state the property had been left in, I found them to be arrogant, inept and unprofessional I for one would never again entertain them managing my property, id go elsewhere or do it myself, as I am now

During the time we were dealing with the negotiators at Michael Graham’s office in Newport Pagnell and in particular with their senior negotiator, Magda Duff, for the sale of our house in Giffard Park we had a super experience with them all the way through the process. In particular Magda’s cheerful and positive approach, ably assisted by her junior colleague Catherine Johnson, was key to us getting a fantastic offer within 3 weeks of the house going on sale. Thereafter right through to completion, some 10 weeks later, Magda kept her finger on the pulse of the process ensuring that there were no delays or holdups and she communicated and kept us very well informed at all times. She responded rapidly and effectively whenever we had a question or concern and basically she, efficiently supported by Catherine, were key in making the whole transaction very easy, smooth and stress free. Magda’s personal networking skills also shone through and are one of the key elements, along with her deep knowledge of the local property market, for her obvious fit for her role within the Michael Graham organisation. We are both extremely happy that we selected Magda and thereby Michael Graham to act as sole agents for us for the sale of our property, and would do the same again in a heartbeat should the need ever arise in the future.
