GoogleI brought my property in Aylesbury through Michael Graham. Sales negotiator,Alexandra Pope was exceptionally helpful and honest throughout the process. Initially our offer was outbid but 2 months later when the sale fell through they contacted and our offer was proceeded. Alex oversaw the whole process and liaised at every stage.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation through to the marketing of the property and subsequent viewings, Michael Graham have consistently delivered a high level of service. We chose Michael Graham to market the property because after meeting with Graham it was clear that he had a comprehensive knowledge of the village, was realistic with his valuation and displayed an openness that was reassuring. The quality of the sales literature and online comms were excellent and we had the ultimate say on what visuals and narrative were to be used. I’m a great believer in the numbers game - the more people that see your property, the better the chance you will have of selling it. Lee and Alex certainly delivered. Although the property could be described as niche Michael Graham managed to generate over sixty viewings that attracted multiple offers and although we had a couple of sales drop through (issues down the chain on both occasions) Lee especially showed tenacity in closing the sale. Whether we were dealing with Jane, the office manager, Alex or Lee in sales or Graham, we have been impressed with their communication skills and doing what they say they are going to do - selling our property. In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Graham Aylesbury.

GoogleMichael Graham Aylesbury were straightforward to deal with throughout the process of our recent purchase. Lee came across as transparent and straightforward. We were not pushed into making an offer after the first viewing, but encouraged to view twice before offering. We were able to meet the vendor in person which helped the negotiation process. We have now moved into our new home and would recommend Michael Graham Aylesbury, and in particular Lee.

GoogleTremendous from start to finish. Special mention to Alexandra, who was always friendly, helpful, reassuring and professional, but Lee and Graham were great too. Of the various agents we had to value our property, Michael Graham were both the most professional and gave us the most realistic asking price suggestion. Better than that, our property never even made it to market! Having agreed to go with MG, Alex brought round some people on the same day and they made an offer, which we accepted! Amazing. Four months later we have just moved. We had a few complications with our solicitor along the way but Alex & Lee stepped in to sort it out, which was so helpful. Alex even popped round to pick up the key the day before, saving us from having to drop it off. Incredible service. I would recommend the team at Michael Graham in Aylesbury without hesitation. Thanks all :)

GoogleSuperb service from Lee and Michael Grahams. From our first visit to our new house through to each email, call & engagement their service has been great. Our own estate agent on the sale of our property will remain nameless but needless to say the service difference from Michael Graham is leagues above our own estate agency on the sale. Night and day difference. Lee has helped each day without hesitation and helped us secure our dream house. Thank you! When the time comes to sell we know who we will be calling. Really impressed with the onboarding with Luke and Tina, and the photography by Olly was fantastic, he really went above and beyond for us and have been left feeling he is really on our side and wants to get the property sold for us.
