GoogleChristina was so helpful during the sale of my father’s house. She was clear and concise when giving me information as I was the main point of contact, and I felt she was definitely supporting me with the ‘back and forth’ that goes on with Solicitors! She also has a great sense of humour which most definitely helped!

GoogleCan't recommend Mcfarlane highly enough! Laura's valuation was absolutely spot on (others valued it significantly less!) Sold very quickly (very close to the asking price). Kept informed after each viewing, contacted even when there was no new information. Anita has been amazing with updates and information also recommendations for other services. Fabulous, Fabulous service all through. Compared to interactions I have had with other Estate Agents, Mcfarlane are the one who I would trust and use time and time again! GoogleI can't rate Tom and his team highly enough. After deciding to rent out my mothers home after she had gone into a residential care home, Tom and his team managed to let the property for an asking price offer on the second viewing. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, they couldn't do enough for us which ultimately lessened what was an emotionally stressful time. As and when the time comes, we will not hesitate to use them again whether for re-letting or sales. Thank you.
