TrustpilotHave been lied to every time ive used them
I was manipulated into putting an offer into a property when i was lied to about the reason the last sale fell through. This resulted in a £1600 bill for me. Complaints procedure dont comment and dodge specific queries. State lying is not tolerated and then there are no actions taken to prevent it. Make sure you get everything in writing when you talk to them.

Her communication was always clear and timely, her professionalism unwavering, and her empathy unmatched. She navigated challenges with grace, solved problems before they became issues, and somehow made the whole process feel lighter. GoogleThe team at Mcfarlanes were fantastic especially Christina Hughes. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she explained everything as the sale proceeded. This is the second time we have used Mcfarlanes and the second time Christina has looked after us. Even with a broken leg she has kept us updated and always with a smile. A big thank you to Ollie in the Marlborough office also. Christina, you are a star and we will be forever grateful.

Anita Laura and Tianah from Mcfarlanes are just the best people to sell your home. They sold my house in 3 days and found me a new home too. I cannot recommend them more highly. I have received 5* service. The team really care in a professional efficient and friendly manner. Nothing is too much trouble they are always there to advise and offer support. GoogleEven before I rented with this agency, I contacted them for some advice and they were so helpful despite the fact I wasn’t a client. We are in our current home thanks to Keira who has literally been amazing throughout the entire process. Always there for us and answering any questions we had. Nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s a really refreshing experience to deal with agents who are decent and professional and put their customers first. Thank you and to other people I dealt with in the office too. GoogleI had a great experience buying a property via McFarlane Sales & Lettings. Anita was brilliant from start to finish. Very friendly, welcoming, responsive and she went above and beyond to provide me with expert advice and guidance. I then had the pleasure of being handed over to Jo, who helped me get through to completion. Jo shared all the same qualities and was particularly great at chasing solicitor's and keeping the process moving. I also spoke to Tom (Lettings) who is exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I hope to work with McFarlane again soon! Many thanks for all of your hard work.

GoogleAfter searching for what I wanted which was an estate agent that would commit to selling my parents property by showing gratitude, professionalism, understanding and knowledgable. I found McFarlane estate Agents. The team at old town office have gone above and beyond to help me and sell the property. Always on the phone with updates, emails, regular visits to the property. The sold the property within months of it going up for sale. Always available with good advice. I cannot not recommend the team enough. They certainly took all the stress away from me for selling the property. Very professional highly recommend. Thanks goes to Laura, Anita, Jo and the rest of the team.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. We have recently sold our house through McFarlane, who were fantastic through the whole process. Firstly, Laura took some beautiful photos of our property. Once on the market, viewings were hosted by Tianah who I cannot speak highly enough about. She took the time to get a real feel for the place herself, and spoke to us for an insight to the local area, surroundings, and those small touches that make all the difference. She turned up early for each viewing, and made the process an absolute pleasure, and kept us fully updated with feedback and progression. Great stuff.

GoogleFrom our first meeting with Victoria Convey and Paul Gregory we felt that they were professional, knowledgeable and that they fully appreciated the improvements we had recently completed in our home. They spent some time with us understanding our reasons for selling and finding out about our property. Before marketing they ascertained we were happy with the photos and detailed personalised particulars. Ollie returned on a couple of occasions to ensure the drone images were perfect. We were impressed with their meticulous attention to detail, commitment and enthusiasm - they were diligent at giving us detailed feedback from each viewing. The new portal system was easy to use and useful to gauge how much interest there had been from the number of online 'clicks' of our property. Once we'd sold it was a bit of a whirlwind - but we were guided through the initial steps before being introduced to Christina, our sales progressor. Christina was extremely helpful and kept us updated at all times . We were working to a tight deadline so it was a bit stressful. However, she was reassuring and a calming influence ensuring that all our questions and concerns were addressed right up to completion day. A HUGE thanks to Team Mcfarlane.
