I have used the services of this company 3 times now having sold 2 properties through them and also had them manage a property rental of mine. I have previously engaged other companies in the past who’s services ranged from fine (adequate) to others that were a screaming nightmare. Please believe me when I say that you are in safe, professional and caring hands with them that always go the extra mile to look after your interests.

GoogleThieves!!! Gave my verbal notice which they accepted and then after when I moved out they said I didn't so they charged me for another moth of rent from my deposit and they still rent the property out to someone else .Con artists

GoogleI'm currently letting through McFarlane as I'm writing this, it's been a great experience so far, as first time renters they were very patient with me and always willing to answer questions and queries. There was a lot of communication and ensuring everything went smoothly, after being handed the keys they've been very informative and helpful when there have been issues and problems. So far I'd say I've had a great experience and would recommend their services.

GoogleAbsolutely atrocious. Will just ignore maintenance requests for weeks on end. Constantly have to chase them up. Very poor experience thus far. Would recommend against working with them.

GoogleUnprofessional!! Each time we ask them to repair something, they ignore us for weeks. And we have to chase them every single day. I wont recommend them for people who want to let their houses.

GoogleWould give 0 if I could, would not recommend, had 4 months with a dodgy shower and nearly 7 months without an intercom, I wonder if it’ll be fixed by the time my tenancy agreement is up, funny they’ll ring me to check up on my rent but not use money to pay to give me a suitable flat for the £2000 deposit I paid!!!

GoogleHave used McFarlane on a couple of occasions for house sale and purchase. Couldn't recommend the team there highly enough and have done on many occasions! We've pushed house sales for friends and family in Cricklade and the surrounding Swindon area to speak to Julian and team and they've always come up trumps!
