This is the first time we are using mcfarlane and we are really impressed and couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend to everyone. I wish I could give them more stars.

GoogleJoe at McFarlane was very professional and extremely quick with organising our flat (we moved in 2 weeks after first enquiring). He arranged a viewing on the same day that we called and was friendly and professional. Have had no trouble with McFarlane at all so far. Sometimes they don't acknowledge emails but are quick to respond if you phone them. Would recommend :)

GoogleThey have recently sold my property. Tom took excellent photos and my house was on the market within days. Dom and Cam kept me updated throughout the process. Courtney had also helped me deal with my legal enquiries. Fast and efficient service.

GoogleI rented a property in Marlborough for a couple of years, moving away a year ago, and was very happy with the service provided, and was delighted to find that a property that I have just moved back into was also managed by them. Jacquie is brilliant, and a really lovely person, and is able to combine professionalism with personability. The only challenge that I experienced was when I tried to pay my rent and deposit using a credit card and was not able to. It would have been much easier for me if I could have used a credit card to mitigate the time between paying, and when I received my previous deposit. Other than that, all very good and thoroughly recommended!

GoogleVery professional company. Carla (senior tenancy manager) takes the stress out of being a landlord for me, she is always on hand to help and answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

GoogleDo not waste your time with this unprofessional agency. They do not reply to emails enquiring about lettings. They lie, fob you off over the phone, and say you are on a waiting list but never get back to you. Obviously, they partake in favouritism towards potential tenants. Would not recommend in any way whatsoever!

GoogleThis agency has no ethic at all. They are dishonest and will do everything to get money out of you. They are disorganised and unprofesionnal. Honestly there are lots of agents who can do a better job, don't waste your time with Mcfarlane. They are untrustworthy.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMcFarlane helped my partner and I move house during a difficult period and were constant professionals throughout. The team are prompt and extremely helpful and Tom in particular was always available to answer our questions. The processes were simple and easy to understand and were turned around in less than 24 hours Would highly recommend for anyone renting or buying, these guys can help

GoogleWe called this company to get our house valued and potentially listed for sale. Made an appointment with Julian. He never turned up. Called the office, somebody called me back and said Julian was meant to call me to cancel as he had to go home. He never did. They said he would ring me on the next day to see if we can rearrange, again never did. It fills me with dread imagining people like this trying to sell my house. I would stay well clear.
