GoogleRecently I had the experience of using McFarlane Estate Agents to co-ordinate upgrade of property after a tenant had left. My contact point was Lauren Stec. I found her very efficient and polite at all times. She was able to provide responses to my queries (verbally and by emails) very quickly and with all details. Tom has met us at the house a few times, and has been so helpful whilst we measured everything, and also patient with us. Silvia has been helping me with the sales process, and has been wonderful. Tom Pawley, who dealt with my tenancy, was on the case throughout. Generally the office staff always dealt with any enquiry promptly and politely, and their online systems were actually functioning and user friendly.
