GoogleThis company do not know how to manage letting properties. They let sub standard properties. My brother rented a property from them and we took it to Court and have just received a settlement! The property was in an awful state, so bad we had to get Environmental Health involved who issued a Hazard notice and then an Improvement Notice. They had managed the property previously with the previous Tenant saying he had all the same issues. How can you call this managing, holes in the roof, damp everywhere, inadequate heating - to name a few!!!!! We had no communication re the Deposit, they just kept it, which is against the law. They even tried to blackmail us by email, by saying if we didn't take any further action, they would release my brother early from the Contract!!!!!!! Steer well clear! IN ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE - YES I DEFINITELY HAVE THE CORRECT LETTING AGENT! YOUR OLD TOWN OFFICE! WE TOOK THE LANDLORD TO COURT AND SHE SETTLED, BUT YOU WERE THE MANAGING AGENTS!!!!!!

GoogleAnita was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my daughters and I with our first rental property. Anita was always very responsive and easy to get hold of, I want to thank you for the lengths you went to and for helping a young mum and her children with a fresh start and a happy safe home. GoogleTop drawer from initial meeting with the group sales negotiator until the sale of our property To be mentioned in dispatches should go to Jo Costigan.As we were up against time deadlines which the solicitors acting for others in the chain didn’t appear to appreciate Jo took on the responsibility of chasing everyone concerned in the entire chain and not just our buyers. Something other agents acting in the chain should take note

Estate agents often get a hard time (I have had some poor experiences in the past) however, Jo was not only professional and available, but always on hand to answer any queries I had. What made Jo stand out was there were a few queries I had that were perhaps not her responsibility, yet in each instance she exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond. GoogleTom Pawley and the wider McFarlane team assisted my partner and me in moving from Manchester to Swindon as tenants. As this was at short notice, due to employment transfers, we were helped a great deal in visiting the properties around the Wiltshire area. Other members of the team were supportative in providing flexible visiting times to the properties. Tom managed to support us and smooth the transition to moving to our new property. McFarlane is a professional and smart outfit that offers good quality and good value.
