GoogleI recently completed on a purchase of a property through McFarlane. Mark met me on the first viewing and was a great help. Jo was then amazing through out the process... always extremely helpful at the other end of the phone and always prompt getting back to me with any quires I had.

GoogleWhen I moved to Swindon 5 years ago I purchased a property through McFarlanes and had a really pleasant experience. Because of this, when we recently chose to sell our property we used McFarlanes. To our surprise within 1 week of being on the market we had multiple offers that we were very happy with. Jo Costin at McFarlanes kept us up to date throughout the entire process and proactively chased solicitors and agents to ensure that everything progressed to plan. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI’ve received great service from Jo at McFarlane throughout the process of buying my first property. She constantly kept me informed and up to date without me having to chase. It wasn’t the smoothest process overall due to some issues on the lettings side and other factors out of Jo’s control, but she was able to restore my confidence and make sure things were resolved. Really appreciate her help.

GoogleThere isn't enough room to say all my issues however, this is possibly the worst agent I have ever used to rent. Total lack of communication to eachother and more to clients. Lost keys to my house and was never told of this. Reported issues for over a year that never got fixed until I moved out. Like I said, so many issues and not enough room. Caused a lot of extra stress that was not needed. I would steer clear.

GoogleTop drawer from initial meeting with the group sales negotiator until the sale of our property To be mentioned in dispatches should go to Jo Costigan.As we were up against time deadlines which the solicitors acting for others in the chain didn’t appear to appreciate Jo took on the responsibility of chasing everyone concerned in the entire chain and not just our buyers. Something other agents acting in the chain should take note

GoogleI recently purchased a property through McFarlane, as a first time buyer i relied heavily on the advice and help on others, the team here really made the process easier for me, Jo was amazing throughout the purchase, helping me where others were unresponsive or overall unhelpful, i never had to wait long for a response and Jo made sure to keep ontop of every aspect of my purchase, from chasing my solicitors to keeping me informed on the progress of the sellers solicitors! I cannot praise the team at McFarlabe North Swindon enough and will always recommend their services if ever asked!

GoogleOutstanding Service. Cameron Pidgeon provided a highly professional service with a strong personal style. A detailed market appraisal and a positive attitude gave confidence to a fast sale achieving the optimum market price. Within the next few days a flurry of viewings occurred leading to multiple offers all led by Cameron providing the personal continuity in a property that was still occupied by my tenant. Within a week the optimum sale was agreed and thoroughly impressed by this performance and service. Thereafter Jo Costin took charge as the sales progressor making immediate contact to organise all the requirements, including a new up to date EPC I didn’t know was required. From that point forward Jo coordinated both parties efficiently and always answered a call, never making me feel hurried, giving me time to discuss my points with a truly polite and highly professional manner. As representatives of McFarlane I can’t recommend them strongly enough and urge all looking for an Estate Agent, buying or selling, to make contact with Cameron. You will not be disappointed.

But Jo helped me throughout the process giving me the right information and managing with seller and solicitor, she was quick, calm and polite. Thank you Jo for your help. GoogleJo dealt with my sale and I was beyond impressed. Estate agents often get a hard time (I have had some poor experiences in the past) however, Jo was not only professional and available, but always on hand to answer any queries I had. What made Jo stand out was there were a few queries I had that were perhaps not her responsibility, yet in each instance she exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend working with her and the McFarlanes team. Thanks!
