GoogleMe and my husband have just brought the perfect family home through McFarlane. I literally could not recommend them enough. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful. We have been to so many viewings & dealt with a lot of agents, however the service with McFarlane was second to none. We had dealt with Tom & Dom in particular who we’re both extremely professional & amazing to deal with.We would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe art of a good estate agent is taking all the stress out the moving. Done badly and it can exacerbate the process. Thankfully Craig Norris & Bradley Bates have excelled. Punctual to promptly organised initial valuation and viewing days. Clear and concise communication from prospective buyers. Extremely responsive when I required information. Friendly & polite to engage with and efficient at their job - what more could you ask for? I was given a glowing recommendation to use McFarlane and I am now happy to do the same. Thank you

GoogleAll the staff are wonderful and friendly! Jo especially was incredible and so helpful throughout the whole process! There was a lot of delays with solicitors on both sides but we could always count on Jo to chase and give them the push they needed. Her replies are prompt and kept us informed all the way through. She has been crucial to the process and we couldn't thank her more!

GoogleThe service I have received at McFarlane has been amazing. Christina in particular has gone above and beyond at so many stages. She has given me complete visibility of the issues surrounding my chain, calling me regularly with updates, and i'm sure without her my completion date would have been considerably further down the road... I would certainly choose McFarlane for any future property purchase/sale.

GoogleThis company do not know how to manage letting properties. They let sub standard properties. My brother rented a property from them and we took it to Court and have just received a settlement! The property was in an awful state, so bad we had to get Environmental Health involved who issued a Hazard notice and then an Improvement Notice. They had managed the property previously with the previous Tenant saying he had all the same issues. How can you call this managing, holes in the roof, damp everywhere, inadequate heating - to name a few!!!!! We had no communication re the Deposit, they just kept it, which is against the law. They even tried to blackmail us by email, by saying if we didn't take any further action, they would release my brother early from the Contract!!!!!!! Steer well clear! IN ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE - YES I DEFINITELY HAVE THE CORRECT LETTING AGENT! YOUR OLD TOWN OFFICE! WE TOOK THE LANDLORD TO COURT AND SHE SETTLED, BUT YOU WERE THE MANAGING AGENTS!!!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was extremely pleased with the service provide by the team especially Christina Hughes who was able to work along side me to ensure that all the parties involved where kept up-to-date and moving the sale on in a very quick time frame, much less than I thought. Christina was always quick to answer my questions and chased up other parties on my behalf to keep the sale moving smoothly.
