Wow. Cannot praise McFarlane and especially Christina enough for the excellent service given throughout our entire house purchasing process. Christina was informative throughout and really felt like we were going through this with a friend. She really goes above and beyond. There was times when our solicitors were really disheartening us, Christina always managed to bring our hopes back up and make us excited again. She would ring us just to check in how everything was going and great at letting us know how the process works. As first time buyers we were really unsure, but she made us feel at ease throughout. A real credit to your team and honestly we couldn't of gotten through it in such high spirits without her. Thank you so much Christina and McFarlane!!!!

Absolutely great estate agents! From the start of the process Christina communicated everything I need to progress the sale answered any queries in a manner that I could understand. Throughout the process, Christina kept proactively communicating with our buyer, the buyers solicitor, the bank and our solicitor, nudging the process along when it stalled and updating me on progress. promptly. At a late stage in the process with a major sticking point going round in circles Christina resolved the issue which neither our or the buyers solicitors felt inclined to progress or come to an agreement. This allowed us to move to exchange and completion. That is what I call 5 star service. Thank you Christina you are an asset to McFarlane.

I would give them 0* A few years ago I rented a brand new flat from these people I was young stupid and belived what people told me I lived in the property many years happy unfortunately when I moved on to another house they expected the house to still be in its brand new state and took my whole deposit for new carpet and decorations etc I still feel its disgusting now. Please avoid this letting agent you will get ripped off.
