GoogleVery professional and lovely to deal with. Both lettings and sales were great. I dealt mainly with Stephen in lettings and he has been amazing. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleA very big thank you to Stephen. He was always available to answer any questions and his expertise, guidance, advice and help every step of the way ensured the letting process went smoothly. He went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful. Also extremely thankful to Hannah and Lola for all their help.

GoogleEleanora was punctual, honest and friendly. She tried to understand likes/disliks and what I'm looking for. She followed up for feedback and sent me further properties for consideration. Hopefully I will find a house through her!

GoogleI have just exchanged on a property and was very grateful to have Jonathan managing the process. Due to a useless solicitor, it was a particularly long and bitty sale but Jonathan made it as painless as possible. He stayed positive and on the ball through the whole process which meant that, with much joy and relief, we got there in the end. Thank you!

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Nothing is checked on their end prior to move-in.
Agent replied
Dear Adam, we are so sorry you feel this way. We understand that the property you applied for was already tenanted beforehand, with the relevant checks and up to date safety certificates so there was no need to do these again before your move in. However, we regret that when you did move in there was an issue that was not reported by the previous tenant, and therefore could not be resolved easily for you. We understood your decision to surrender the property and made sure that you received your deposit monies, 6 months rent and admin fee back in full as soon as possible. And would like to take this opportunity to apologise again for any inconvenience caused by this special circumstance, and hope that we are able to assist you with another property search again in the near future.

GoogleParticularly difficult staff. From a tenants perspective they are very pushy, provide conflicting information and rely of ignorance to get away with their sneaky tactics. Had particularly rude welcoming from the salesman. If I were an owner, I would just trust them to do the right thing with my property.
