GoogleSteven has been wonderful to work with. He is always happy to help with any queries and has gone out of his way to fit around my busy schedule! I had viewed a lot of properties and felt like Steven really gave me time compared to other agents. He is professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with

GoogleCharlie White was extremely helpful the entire time I was in contact with him. Trying to find a place to live in London recently is such a stressful and difficult process, but Charlie was very responsive. He made sure I had different options (including over text) to contact him, and always got back to me very quickly. He was honestly the best letting agent I have dealt with from months of trying to find a new place! Thank you Charlie :)

GoogleWe rented a house through them. At first, it was great, we generally spoke to one guy who was amazing (Hassan), we later found out he was no longer working for the agency, I wonder why... After her left, it was an useless experience. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to scam us 250 pounds to remove hair from the property. Our landlord (they never came or saw the place) trusted their word and had no idea that their request was ridiculous and unfair. The property was clean, so we demanded an explanation + we let them know that it was illegal to ask tenants to pay for the cleaning at the end of tenancy. We obviously did not pay. Good luck if you have to deal with them, and have patience.
