GoogleJacob Robinson was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From my initial enquiry regarding the rental of a property to the show round, he was really 'on it. Prompt, polite and knowledgable. As went went through the final process of my son becoming a tenant (and me acting as guarantor) Jacob was really helpful, a great communicator (chatting us through the process) and was great on the day my son moved in. Well done Jacob, you're a star!

GoogleChloe is an absolute superstar! I had the best afternoon flat hunting with her. We spent a few hours looking around London and she really takes her time to show you around without the rush you sometimes get when an agent has multiple viewings. What I really appreciate is that she is genuine and therefore wants your genuine opinion too. Thanks Chloe, you’re a ⭐️

GoogleAs a tenant, I have had a great experience being in contact with Jade when apartment viewings were being scheduled. She was very understanding, cooperative and proactive in managing the whole process to ensure as little discomfort as possible. Thanks again, Jade.

GoogleWe recently found a place to rent through Ludlowthompson and Charlie has been so helpful throughout. None of us lived in London before we moved but he was very accommodating in this. We were able to arrange a video call to view the houses very quickly and Charlie has been great in assisting us with the rental process. Highly recommend!!

GoogleJust sold our flat in Dulwich. Would highly recommend Dominic Butler and Attiya Razzaq for all their efforts so we could have a smooth yet speedy transaction.

GoogleMelisa was awesome. I initially inquired for 1 property. Melisa reached out with professionalism and advised on 3 other properties which we ticked off back to back. No time wasting and a really positive attitude.

GoogleScott has been brilliant with helping us find and buy our first home. He’s answered our many questions and kept us informed every step of the way.

GoogleMs Attiya Razaq is really impressed us with very professional approach. Each of our conditions has been taken into account when showing possible options for purchase. Our apartment' inspections were very efficient. In our opinion, Attiya is the best realtor we have met in London over the past year.

GoogleNot one to leave reviews but for the reasons below I feel it is necessary this time. Holly was very helpful up until we paid the deposit, but since then has proved unwilling to provide any help or service hiding behind the ‘not managed by us’ line. We arrived to our new, fully furnished, home on the same day and time as arranged with the landlord to find no door on the property, no furniture in the property and no one to meet us with keys, not that these were needed considering there was no door. The landlord arrived and told us that someone was coming to fix the door but that it would take all day and that the people who were meant coming to move our furniture into the house had let her down. I had to take an emergency day off work to make sure that our belongings weren’t left unattended. To cut a long story short it has been two weeks and we only just have a fully furnished house with four mattresses. We have had no help from the agent whatsoever and feel very neglected and abandoned. Won’t be using foxtons ever again.

GoogleWe were very pleased with Attiya, who guided us though buying our first home. She was patient with us, with our requests, and not pushy at any stage of the process

GoogleI saw a property online and booked the viewing very quickly with Attiya. After our first conversation, she came back to me with another two suggestions, which were great options based on the criteria I had provided. I found Attiya to be very professional and a pleasure to work with, definitely not a pushy agent like some I had spoken with! Thank you, Attiya :)

GoogleIf you are selling your home in Dulwich or the surrounding area give Foxton’s a call. They helped sell my property in Forest Hill and far exceeded my expectations. Dominic Butler, Sales Manager, set a price using his area expertise, and Attiya Razaq was my estate agent. I can’t say enough good things about them both. We had viewings the same week, and the first of a number of offers came within 2 weeks. Attiya's calm and composed approach and meticulous attention to detail, ensured well organised viewings and a stress-free transaction for me. She is a superstar, and did what all excellent estate agents do - she took full responsibility for an unmanaged monster of a process, and she took everything that was outside of her control and put it into her control.

GoogleMelisa did a great job listening to our needs and understood what we were looking for. Even though we eventually bought a property through another agent, she still took the time to close the loop with us. I would recommend anyone looking for properties in South East London to contact Foxton

GoogleA very good estate agents that sets the standard in south east London. Attiya was very helpful with me and my partner, she put us in contact with a member of her team to help us find a home. I can't thank them enough.

GoogleIf you're in the market for a new home, I highly recommend working with Melisa as your estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, and communication skills have been invaluable in guiding me through the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to finding the best property for her clients is exceptional. With Melisa's help, I'm confident I'll find my ideal home.

GoogleI had the wonderful Attiya help me find a property. She was so patient and worked incredibly hard to get me what I wanted. She took time to listen to and deliver on the required specifications of the property. She kept me calm in the- notoriously stressful- process which was an unexpected plus. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you !
