GoogleSuper helpful office, especially from Kirsty, good communication and practical advice. Presented my flat well, and sold quickly. One of the few times I've felt like I'm working with an honest estate agent. Recommended, would go back to them.

GoogleChris jones is able to find the best deals for you in a manner and pace that suits the client and meets all of their needs with earnest, when it comes to a sale. He is diligent and patient yet persistent in everything he does for all parties involved.
5/5
GoogleChris jones has and always has been too class in the way of discussion and transparency about the best solution for a sale and goes the extra mile to ensure the clients are satisfied with their decision. He is able to find what the client needs in a noble manner and gets results even in the current market

GoogleTop experience with Steven, very clear and precise advise. Felt like he knew exactly what I was looking for. Surely is the greatest real estate agent in all the land.

GoogleShanice was super helpful in our recent search for a rental. After a couple of hours of viewings we promptly made the one and only offer of our search which went through seamlessly. Very happy so far.

GoogleDidn’t know where to start with the flat buying process but one of the agents Steven, helped massively. I came with my cousin who is looking to buy with her husband and Steven was very informative. We were worried about asking too many questions but he made us feel comfortable to do and now we have a few favourites. Thank you!

GoogleSpoke with Andreas, enquiring about properties around London, he was super helpful and professions and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. Highly recommend.

GoogleAdam was very prompt and knowledgable about the property. He knew the area and the amenities and access and had obviously done his homework. He knew the history of the property and it’s facilities so was well ready to answer any and all of our many questions. Any agent would be lucky to have him as a negotiator in my opinion!

GoogleKirsty Rowley at the Oval Office, and her team are outstanding. I’ve just sold two houses through them. They could not have been more efficient, professional, focused and hardworking. It’s not an easy market to sell in at the moment. But they managed it. I would recommend them 100%. Having bought and sold multiple houses over the years. I have never come across a better agent.

GoogleSo I've only experienced viewings, but I've found Irina very helpful. She sends me properties that fit my criteria and that I'm generally interested in (sounds obvious but its amazing how many agents ignore those details and spam me with completely inappropriate options). Always friendly, prompt to reply and worth the interaction. Thanks.

GoogleMany thanks to Kirsty, Irina, Hannah, Mark and team at LT Oval Sales for their superb and professional service. We sold our home in SW8 in October 2023. I trusted their valuation and guidance and would not hesitate to recommend this team to other sellers - and indeed buyers too! They displayed a considerate approach with potential buyers and I would be comfortable dealing with them on that side of a sale too. I cannot rate this team highly enough!

GoogleNice agency. In particular, Hannah was especially helpful in showing us around a property we were interested in and I was able to view it twice in a short space of time. Hannah was very professional on both visits and told us everything we needed to know. A great viewing experience.

GoogleReally enjoyed Irina’s professionalism and down to earth approach in a viewing. She was honest and truly listened to my needs. Made me want to do a second viewing of the property immediately and will actively seek to work with her more to try and find my perfect property.
