GoogleI have recently used Gerard and Alex to sell one of my new developments. They outsold the joint agents and delivered a first class service throughout. As a result of their success on this scheme they have now been instructed on two more schemes I am dealing with.

GoogleI mainly dealt with Alex Vine who was exceptional through the whole process. He understands the process extremely well and is able to provide a consultative approach which takes your situation into consideration. His honesty from start to finish in this industry goes a long way. I would recommend Alex to anyone buying or selling in the local area without fail! Cheers

Google•DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY• My tennant and I have had 6 months of issues with company. They are completely incompetent, hold rent, harrass tenants and miscalculate payments. I can not stress enough how dreadful an experience it has been as a landlady dealing with this agency. DO NOT USE

GoogleI have been renting my property with ludlowthompson for almost 15 years. Daniela Gomes has been great liaising with myself and new tenants. She found new tenants very quickly and has been very clear and helpful throughout the entire process.

GoogleExcellent and professional service! Had a great experience with Chris, his demeanour alone was very uplifting, his empathy and help made it a five star experience. Recommend it to anyone searching for a house around Islington.

GoogleAaron Gavin was great! He was extremely professional knew the flat inside and out, made me feel at ease from the onset. Was informative and able to answer all my concerns, effectively.. I have been looking at many flats and he is the first agent i have come across with that level of insight, people skills and energy. AND NO Pressure just confidence. Rock on Aaron, very impressed.

GoogleAaron was extremely accommodating and let me view the property twice in one day despite the high demand for it! Both agents showing us the property were extremely friendly, informative and it did not feel at all like they were trying to rip us off! The quality of the property for the price was also exceptional.. I HIGHLY recommend ludlowthompson Finsbury Park, you will find your dream home with them :)

GoogleWe saw some excellent properties with Nam Nguyen from the Vauxhall branch, from new builds to ex-LA flats to Victorian houses, and are very pleased to have completed our purchase of one of them. Nam was accessible, courteous and professional throughout the process.

GoogleWe were buying our first property and we feel very fortunate that we were assisted by Fleur. She kept us informed at all times and facilitated this stressful process amazingly. She is definitely the best estate agent that we dealt with during our property search. She is very personable and went the extra mile. We would highly recommend her services. Nothing ever seemed too much of an ask of her.

GoogleNam is my favourite real estate agent during my home hunting with countless agents. He provides professional advice, tune-in listening and he exercises the right balance of pro-activeness without being too pushy. What set him apart is that he is willing to invest in client relationships instead of taking a transactional approach. One can feel that he does care. For example, he has taken the time to give me a tour in Vaxuhall and the regeneration project. The Tea House Theater and Vauxhall City Farm have subsequently become some of my favourite places to hang out. Personally, I also appreciate his sharing of experience regarding portfolio investments on properties in London. I recommend him to my friends and whoever has any types of real estate needs.

GoogleAlex in particular has been great in supporting me in expediting the purchase of my property. He's been there with advice and has remained patient in the face of my silly questions I've had as a first time buyer.
