GoogleI dealt with an estate agent called Christopher Lockwood who showed me around some properties. I could not have been helped by someone more professional, friendly and approachable!
5/5
GoogleMy experience with Chris was exceptional. He was kind, helpful and guided me patiently through the whole process until I made an offer for a flat. Regardless of the outcome, which is still pending, I would recommend giving a chance to Chris and this agency to support you in your search. Looking for a flat can be stressful and sometimes even nerve-racking, so it is extremely important to be surrounded by competent agents as Chris able to understand your needs and give you honest advice. Also, English is not my first language and he was really supportive all the time. Thank you very much for your help Chris. I would highly recommend him and this branch.

GoogleConor organised a next day viewing at a property for us. First thing that struck me was his caring nature towards the elderly woman living there. His gentle follow ups afterwards were much more efficient than most of my experiences with estate agents thus far. Will view more properties for sure!!

GoogleNatalie has been very helpful in my search, and I really appreciate her help. Only requirement I do not understand is why i need to use this company’s specific mortgage partners for the process when placing an offer, it being company policy. Staff are very helpful though so have only positives to say!

GoogleJessica showed us around a property on Saturday and was very enthusiastic and forthcoming with information about the property, surrounding areas, and other properties they had for sale. She was more than willing to spend the time showing us around and also finding out what I was after. She was quick to follow up on questions I had shortly after our viewing and to show me the other flats we had discussed. Thanks Jessica!
