GoogleI shared interest in a property and by the next morning my viewing was arranged along with the viewing of another alternative property. Conor was positive and knowledgable about each property and the market - particularly around for first time buyers. He also kept me informed quickly about the property going under offer which saves the chasing. Thanks

GoogleConor has been amazing and thanks to him we found our dreamed property. He is very friendly, helpful and good at giving advice, I highly recommend. Thanks again!!

GoogleMy wife Julia and I were impressed to deal with Claire and her team in the Tooting office as they were helping us to find the right place to stay that we can call home. The staff are very polite, knowledgeable and always went the extra mile for us. Nothing was a problem, the questions were answered very swiftly. We highly recommend them.

GoogleGreat service. Chris Lockwood was super friendly and helped us with anything from the very beginning, making sure we could view all the properties we were interested in, even though we asked with not a lot of time and being clear with what we needed to do.

GoogleWATCH OUT! The worst agency in London EVER. Do not perform repairs needed. Do not answer letters as appropriate. Having awful experience with them . We lived 1.5 year with mould and unrepaired floor like in garage

GoogleVijay was a great resource in securing the flat. We are just moving in now, but Vijay has made the whole process easy. It really feels like he cares about us, and will go the extra mile to make sure you (as future tenants) are comfortable.

GoogleWe're nearly through with the process on the flat we've offered for - but wanted to note that Vijay has been extremely helpful throughout this entire process. He was quick to call us and understand what we were looking for in our search, and was quite candid about what would make our offer stand out. He was always quick on communication and helped make the referencing stage go very smoothly. Thanks and we can't wait to move into our new home!

GoogleWhilst the process of finding my own place is not yet complete, Natalie has been very helpful and proactive in finding places for me to view which fit the profile of what I am looking for. She uses feedback from each viewing to refine the search, getting a good sense for what I could like. Natalie's help has made the process of finding my own home a lot easier and more enjoyable than it could otherwise be.

GoogleJake of LT Docklands has been excellent from start to finish in helping us let our flat. I met numerous letting agents at the start of the process but opted for Jake because (a) I felt like he was straight with us from the start - rather than giving us the schmooze that we got from other local agents - and (b) he was super responsive and helpful with email communications and calls. To cap it all - and entirely against our expectations - he managed to secure us tenants within a week, even though it was in December (which we'd been told was the quietest time of year). This is not a cheap process but you get what you pay for. We have been extremely pleased, would definitely use LT again and would not hesitate to recommend Jake and his colleagues.
Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad we were able to deliver on what we promised and we’re delighted you chose to use ludlowthompson. Jake and the team
