GoogleFrom the start of the process to the end the service was first class. Due to issues with selling any lease hold property the time scales for a completion is longer however the team went over and above chasing for information from the leasehold company supporting both my self the buyer and solicitor . A big shout out to Naomi who really engaged with all sides to ensure completion was as quick as possible . I would highly recommend and if required in the future would 100% use again . The Lovelle's team in Hykeham were nothing but helpful, cheery, honest and supportive. They worked so hard to sell Mum's home and found a buyer for us in the end - their local knowledge was indispensable. From the sales team through to the support team once we had an offer, I can't fault them - a brilliant team effort. I had lots of questions, and was always answered with patience and an excellent knowledge of the whole process. I'd recommend them to anyone selling a property locally and wish the team all the best.
