I felt at ease with lovelle straight away, Bayley was very easy going and easy to connect with which I found a breath of fresh air, I had a very positive experience and felt welcome and helped, unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure of moving forward with bayley but would use his help if needed in the future and would be a credit to any young buyers in future , thankyou very much bayley:)

Given the very personal circumstances of my brother and I, with where we are both located, and the fact that we were selling our Mums home, Sam and her team at Humberston Lovelle dealt with it all seamlessly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you're looking to sell a home in the area, this is as smooth as it gets, in a world where all too often the customer seems to be the least consideration.

Selling with Lovelle has been a very positive experience. Briony has been on the case the whole time and I did not feel that I had to chase up as she was always on top of all the details. She made sure that we and the buyer were working together to get the sale completed. When the property was being viewed we were given useful feedback from each view. Highly recommended for sure! We picked Lovelle as 1 of the 3 Estate Agents to give a Valuation on my late mums property. Jess arrived at the appointment time and had a good look around the property. She asked relevant questions as we went along. Then gave us the Valuation which was the same as one of the other Estate Agents. The 3rd Estate Agent gave a considerably lower Valuation which raised my suspicions. What really sold us in going with Lovelle was the attitude of Jess. She had the right attitude from the start. She then proceeded to tell us how she thought the property would best be marketed. The way the pictures would be best taken and having a virtual tour of the house done to help in the sale. The property stands in large grounds so Jess recommended having a drone fly around the garden and do footage taken directly above the whole area to show the house and grounds at their best. She was the only one of the three Estate Agents to mention how best to sell it and was not just going through the motions like the other. She was the chosen one on the day she gave the Valuation. The house was listed and sold for the full asking price within 24 hours. The Buyer told me that what sold them wanting a viewing was the quality of the sales brochure online, the virtual tour and mainly the drone footage as it really showed everything at its best. The whole process from start to finish was carried out by the Team in a very professional but friendly manner. I cannot recommend Jess enough for her can do, go getter attitude and the backup she gets from Anne and Julie. Great show by Lovelle Brigg. Well done. Throughout the sales process Jess, Anne and Julie kept in contact and responded to our needs in good time. Always very cheery we could not have wanted for a better team to take us through the Sales of the house.

Lovelle in Market Rasen have been great agents for me as a tenant. They were helpful and supportive throughout my tenancy and made sure I was attended to quickly when I had problems, such as boiler trouble in winter. I would definitely recommend them.
