GoogleI called in requesting info on 5 properties I wanted to ask about, I mentioned this to this woman when I first started talking. I asked about the first one which was a 1st floor and I was asking if the landlord would consider small pets. She didn't even ask the breed and said: "No, they do not, and who would want to live in a first floor with two pets, anyway?" I was going to reply ok, and move on with the other properties and she just hung up on me. Just like that. I've been looking for places in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire and I've talked to over 20 different agents of different real estate companies so far, none has been as rude as the woman I talked to yesterday. Zero education whatsoever. Lenwell Limited Bedford, you seriously need to raise the standards when hiring people. I would grade this review as zero if possible.

GoogleHighest fees in the area! Unprofessional and untrained staff. Very bad customer services! There are many fees in TA which you wont know untill you signed the paperwork and it will be taken out of your deposite at the end!

GoogleIt s the most awful company regarding solving problems,they illegally make you do extra insurance and when it comes to taking your deposit they will make sure you solve all the issues the house had before you even moved in!
