This is the first house sale we have ever done, the whole experience was handled in a professional manner from day one. The ongoing advice and general help from Gillian once we had agreed an offer was great. The sale dragged on for some time due to circumstances beyond our control but Gillian was always ready to keep us on the right track. Her help and encouragement ensured it was altogether a relatively stress free event, I did get a bit cross when I kept losing the end of the poor quality parcel tape though ! So a big thank you to JW Wood and especially Gillian, it can`t have been easy putting up with my inexperience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Should be 0 stars! JW WOOD ARE THE WORST ESTATE AGENT i have ever professionally and personally encountered! Rude staff, poor communication, inability to deal with timely repairs, lived in a bug infested house for 6 months and now they want my deposit! AVOID

Liam was great at updating us quickly on the progression of our purchase and we felt he was very clear and honest. It made the process a lot easier and we felt very comfortable. JW Wood also sent us a really useful “what happens next” document to answer any enquiries we may have had.
