We felt comfortable speaking with them regularly about anything throughout the purchase and they looked after us so well, which means a lot for first time buyers. They pushed for the exchange to happen on time when it came close to our rental contract ending which helped us so much and put us at ease. GoogleChurch Robinson found a buyer for us when we werenβt looking. When we found a property to purchase we hoped for a swift completion. This was not meant to be. We could get no updates and communications from solicitors on any progress and as the days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months step up Dawn. What a star she has been. She chased everyone down and we were able to get all the outstanding information required from our sellersβ solicitors so we could progress to completion. GoogleI used Church Robinson to buy my house in Didcot and then 6 years later to sell it. Both times I had an excellent experience.
For my recent sale, Courtney was fantastic at explaining the process and taking me through the current market dynamics. She gave me confidence they could find a buyer and they did - 2 days later, at above the asking price! They also provided their services for a reasonable fee.
We all know buying and selling houses can be stressful, but Dawn and Joanna were proactive, with good communication across the chain. Charlie produced a great brochure enhancing the properties best features. Rosie valued the property and produced a great online tour. Really good advice when an offer was made and a very quick sale and completion. All the staff when I had a query were friendly and helpful. A great team. Highly recommended.
