GoogleWe have had a great and positive experience with the service we received, Paula Rudge and Beth Sharpe did a fantastic job from start to finish. GoogleCarrie has shown us around a couple of properties now and she's great. Super professional but honest and real. She gives ideas about potential renovations and doesn't try and downplay any potential downsides to a property. She's a big step above a lot of the other estate agents we've seen

GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with Jones Robinson Lambourn branch. From start to finish Jo, Toyah and the whole team fill you with confidence, give great advice and generally help you through each step of selling and buying a property in the area. Worth every penny! We feel like we are now part of the family and are on a first name basis. Absolutely would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. We are lucky to have them in the village.

GoogleBuying our first home was not expected to be a smooth ride, particularly with the current economic factors! While a number of speedbumps in the way of progress were seen, all those at Church Robinson helped enormously (and were friendly, too!). From viewing the property, to making an offer, to exchanging, all the way to completion we felt reassured and happy with the level of service that we were given. GoogleWe have had a really positive experience buying our new homes through Jones Robinson. I have found the whole process to be professional and helpful. I have been particularly impressed by Paula who has done a lot of chasing on the chain. GoogleWe had been looking for a property for the last 6 months and had a couple of sales fall through. We were beginning to lose hope when we contacted Church Robinson. Jade was extremely friendly and helpful; discussing our criteria with us, then regularly sending through properties that matched what we were looking for and calling us promptly to make sure we didn't miss out on any viewing opportunities. On arriving at the property we ended up offering on Jade continued to be friendly, showing us around and providing relevant information without being imposing. She also gave us plenty of space to view in our time, making us feel comfortable and able to take in more of the property. She was well organised and provided us with a sheet of instructions which made the offer process smoother and easy to follow. GoogleChurch Robinson have always stood out to us as the most professional, friendly, and effective estate agent in the Didcot area. We have been through the process of buying a house with them twice, the second attempt was successful but a challenging and drawn out process. The team were outstanding, always excellent in communicating with us and chasing solicitors. It's hard to imagine that the sale would have gone through without the effort they put in. GoogleAfter speaking with 4 other estate agents in my area it was an easy decision to go with Gary and his team. No hard sale and felt very relaxed but professional at the same time. They had people lined up for viewings instantly and it didn't take long for the deal to be done. Throughout the selling and buying process I knew I had made the right choice in going with church Robinson. Dawn and Jo were fantastic and lead the way in our sale and purchase.
