Due to a misunderstanding I arrived to the appointment late but Jude Buckley was there to save my day! She has the biggest heart ( I am very perceptive) and is very professional as well. I'm very grateful she showed what she could with the time constraints we had. Thank you so much, now I just hope I'll get the property I want! This review is in addition to another member of the Newbury branch Clare Black whom I had the pleasure of meeting in person after a very effective exchange of emails, again Clare is very efficient, polite and responds promptly.

Excellent agency. I used the services of the rental department. Very responsive, call back quickly. Agent Marcus was very attentive and it was easy to arrange a viewing of the house with him. Another agent Sarah kindly showed the house, listened to our wishes. Despite the fact that many agencies are not very good at contacting Ukrainians, this agency has shown that they are fair to everyone and give everyone the opportunity to be their client. Thanks for your work.

I would like to call out Clare Black and Vanessa Burgess for their awesome service over the last 7 days. Clare was able to help us during a stressful time and made me feel incredibly calm, she kept us informed and was always very approachable and friendly. Thank you Vanessa Burgess - wow - what service you provided, we had a deadline and you surpassed that for us, I think we must have spoken about 5 times over the course of a few days and each time the calls were informative and super helpful. Clare & Vanessa a massive thank you - moving house is super stressful but having your professionalism in this journey has helped ease some of the stress.

Jude Buckley was very nice and professional while doing the regular inspection to the house we're renting with Jones Robinson. She kindly heard and wrote down all my "complaints" and ideas for improvement. Hope the landlord finds them useful ;-). Thank you

Jude recently showed us round a house and was wonderful. We felt that she was professional and friendly, but above all she was honest with answers to questions and anything she didn't know - she found out for us. We would be happy for her to show us round every prospective house!! Thanks Jude.
