The service from the Lambourn office has been absolutely faultless! The ladies of the Lambourn office - Carrie, Kay, Toyah and Jo - are all exceptionally professional and very, very personable. Over the last few months, we have viewed several properties and met Kay, Toyah and Carrie and we have spoken with Jo on the phone. The videos have been very helpful in deciding which properties to view and in every case, the videos have accurately reflected how the property looks on a physical viewing. These viewings have been so much better than viewings with other agencies - Kay, Toyah and Carrie are all very patient and have given us plenty of time to view each property, going above and beyond to answer our queries and provide insightful advice that doesn't seem to provided as standard with other agencies. We feel that they genuinely want their clients to be happy and sure before they make a purchase and submit an offer. Jo has been very helpful in providing advice and information on the phone and the emails she sends us ahead of viewings are always accurate (we find several other agencies send us the wrong times/ dates etc for viewings and we have to contact them to confirm details and resolve confusion). Sold my flat with JR recently Paula Rudge was first class in making it happen, I literally don’t think we would have got it over the line without her and the solicitor Moore Barlow. If you are selling once you have agreed the sale insist on Paula to progress the transaction, she was dedicated to the point of canceling leave to get it over the line. Whatever JR are paying Paula it’s not enough.

Jones Robinson were integral to our House Hunting and Purchasing process. Our house hunt took longer than we had hoped and became quite disheartening at one point but Jones Robinson kept us on track. I had the pleasure of working with Marcus when helping my daughter search for a place to live in the Didcot area. I have just purchased a property through Jones Robinson and they have been of invaluable help. Firstly, when I bid for the property, I missed it as I was not best bid. A month down the line the first buyer’s sale fell though. I was lucky to have been dealing with Beth Sharpe, who remembered how much I wanted the property and proactively called me as soon as it became available again.
