I had great pleasure interacting with Jack R. He presented as confident, professional and tidy. I found him tremendously easy to interact with since he was willing to address all questions at any moment. He also showed honesty if he did not know the answer, which is a good quality gem. He was punctual to the appointed viewings, and at no point did I feel pressured to make offers on viewings that did not gel. There was neither uncomfortable hyped-up talk about each viewing. Delighted with the service we have received from jones Robinson. We had a very poor experience from previous estate agents, and the change over was completely different. With jones Robinson, you are continually kept up-to date with viewings and email notifications. I had weekly called from James, as promised, who has been excellent from day one, and is a nice guy. He just wants to sell houses!! Rhys has been excellent with keeping you in the loop and always gets back to you. Jack has done a few viewings at the house and when we’ve seen him, he’s always given a professional response and is well mannered. Taylor has been great when dealing with. She gave us the news that we had a offer and seemed just as excited! On the whole, jones Robinson have been excellent, I would recommend them to anyone selling their property and the service you receive is fabulous. I can honestly say the experience of selling our property with Jones Robinson has been the best! The whole team are friendly and couldn't be more helpful or professional. Jones Robinson are so helpful! At our first viewing we had Matt who showed us around, brought all relevant information and was able to answer or find out and get back to us with any questions we had.
