GoogleEstate agents are not my husband’s favourite people! However, our experience with Jones Robinson in Devizes was excellent! Such a surprise to have an agent who actually cares. All the staff were very friendly, Andrew our main point of call kept us up to date with our purchase. We would 100% recommended this estate agent in Devizes.

GoogleWoeful levels of communication and service throughout. A laissez-faire approach throughout a protracted four month transaction. I have no idea what roles the Sales Manager and Office Manager play. Failed to communicate the absence of probate on property being purchased. I will avoid this agent at all costs in future.
We are obviously disappointed to receive your review, Nigel, and are communicating directly following your complaint and comments after exchange. Jo Woolley

GoogleWe recently viewed some properties with Toby (Hassell) at Jones Robinson and found him to be a very professional, knowledgeable and engaging property agent. Whilst sadly the properties we viewed with Toby weren't quite right for us we'd feel we were in capable hands if we were to view with him again in the future.
Emily - thank you for posting this kind review for Toby! He has loved being of help!

GoogleI would just like to say how impressed I was with Rosie's presentation. Rosie had put a lot of work into researching properties in our area and this shone through in our first meeting. I think this was the best Estate Agent presentation I have received with plenty of time to ask any questions to help Rosie understand my requirements
Liz - thank you for taking the time to post this kind review for Rosie! She has loved being of help!

GoogleI was a tenant in a Jones Robinson property until recently, and they were excellent in supporting me during my tenancy, including swift repairs, and every member of the team was considerate and friendly. The end of tenancy has gone smoothly, and I'd especially like to thank Andy and Mikyle for that. Thanks again!
