GoogleWe had a very bad experience with jonesrobinson last year in November.I would like to highlight their inflexible policies and lack of empathy. My partner did share the complete details of the issue/problem but of no use. If you are a new immigrant it’s big NO and stay away from jonesrobinson.
We understand your frustration and have reiterated once more that holding deposits are non-refundable for all potential tenants, an important matter that is explained at the time of securing a property and which requires an accompanying signed agreement. We have to be fair for all customers and do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race; religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

GoogleJude was very friendly towards my mum and I all through out my viewing. She happily answered any questions I through her way in as much detail as she could. She allowed me to have a good look around including measuring out spaces to see if furniture fit which was very helpful for me.

GoogleI had my enquiry answered by Caitlin Fitzgerald. Displaying the highest standards of customer service, she couldn’t have done more to assist me. I’d made an online enquiry prior to the branch opening. I had an email from her within minutes after opening time with more information and when I called shortly after she did everything possible to accommodate my needs. Furthermore, when we realised that my enquiry could not be progressed further, she refused to be beaten and provided a potential solution. She was polite, understanding and sympathetic to my situation and needs and I felt like she genuinely cares. An all round excellent customer centric experience - thank you.

Unfortunately I could not view the property on the date she offered however she advised me that if the property is still available she will contact me next week to arrange . GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Jones Robinson. They were very friendly and super efficient throughout the whole process. Becky was very responsive and arranged for us to see the property within a couple of days of finding it on their website. On our way home from the viewing she had already sent us all the necessary information by email. Vanessa and her team were amazing and guided us through the reference and contract process smoothly and quickly, despite some challenges along the way. They made everything easy and stress-free for us. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property in Newbury.

GoogleThe whole Lambourn team were excellent. Friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to facilitate a very tricky purchase. We would not have successfully bought our new house without Toyah’s help and we will definitely be using their services any time we move again!!!

GoogleI was very pleased with the efficiency of all the ladies in the Lambourn office. Toyah, Jo, Kay and Carrie were very helpful, accommodating. Promptly answering any question I had...(believe me I had plenty). Buying a property stressful?....not with these ladies. Thank you.

GoogleOut of all the agents we have dealt with jones Robinson Lambourn are the best. They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable from Kay booking the viewing to Toyah showing us around the property. If we sell our property they would be the agent of choice.
