Google"My experience with this real estate agency has been nothing short of disappointing. The level of service I received was truly pathetic, and the unprofessionalism displayed by their staff was beyond comprehension. It's evident that the agents lack experience and seem to be solely focused on extracting money from customers for bookings as quickly as possible. This agency is a prime example of how not to conduct business in the real estate industry. I would not recommend Jonesrobinson to anyone looking out for accommodation on rent/sale.

We understand your frustration and have reiterated once more that holding deposits are non-refundable for all potential tenants, an important matter that is explained at the time of securing a property and which requires an accompanying signed agreement. We have to be fair for all customers and do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race; religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

GoogleI've been helping a neighbour (new to this country) buy a property over the past 2 months. We have viewed several, all with different agents. Yesterday we saw a cottage in Bishops Cannings...(I'm sorry I can't remember your name) but you were excellent. You had the background and knowledge of the property immediately to hand that so many of your competitors just can't come back with, even after a few days.....if I was selling a property in your area - I would certainly look to use your services.

GoogleI spoke to Caitlin from Lettings at the Didcot office and it was a pleasant experience talking to her. She was very polite and responded promptly. She emailed immediately after I reached out to them via the website and when I called she answered all my queries patiently and helped me register with them and assured me of letting me know in case any properties are available according to my preferences. I look forward to finding a place soon through Church Robinson.
