GoogleAs a landlord I have found the team at Jones Robinson to be better than I could of hoped for. Lucy and Elle where very proactive at sorting any issues or queries quickly and concisely. They are both professional and easy to work with. A lot of estate agents promise the world but Jones Robinson actually deliver what they say they will.

She greeted me with a friendly tone and genuinely listened to my requirements and preferences for a rental property. Not only did she take the time to understand my needs, but she also asked thoughtful questions to ensure she had a comprehensive understanding of what I was looking for. What impressed me the most about Anisha was her professionalism. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries, and her communication was clear and concise. GoogleJones Robinson were the estate agents when my wife and I recently bought our first home. They were great, really patient and happy to help first time buyers, keeping us informed throughout. We didn't always get updates from our solicitor but Jones Robinson would chase up the chain to make sure everything was ok. We're really pleased with the service they provided and always felt like we were in good hands.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Jones Robinson whilst buying our first property. Paula was our Sales Progressor throughout the purchase and she was brilliant. We experienced some delays along the way (not from our side) but she kept in regular contact with us as well as chased the chain to help move the process along smoothly. GoogleRecently exchanged on a property with Jones Robinson Newbury, and from the first viewing with Kate, to exchanging with Paula, the service has been extremely good, helpful and re-assuring throughout. The viewing with Kate was exciting and enthusiastic, she was friendly and helpful. Whilst going through the - buying a property - process, as first time buyers, Paula has been the rock we turned to. She was always quick to answer any queries or questions, efficient when dealing with back and forth's between ourselves and the seller, and very friendly and kind.
