GoogleJones Robinson have been thoroughly professional throughout our sale, marketing so well with photos and a lovely video, chasing/updating when appropriate and also offering advice on how to proceed when hitting a couple of wobbly stages during the process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI haven't quite finished my journey with Jones Robinson yet but I wanted to write a review on how fantastic they have been so far, especially Paula Rudge. My solicitor was the victim of a cyber attack and we could complete on my sale but not my purchase. Paula has worked tirelessly to keep the chain working, emailing and calling the solicitors, estate agents and clients. She has worked later than her contracted hours, often logging back on once she has returned home. She has also been extremely firm with others in the chain that were perhaps not doing as much as they could do! I can not thank her enough.

GoogleWe couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Jones Robinson. From the beginning all the staff have been so friendly and we have truly received an excellent service. Paul and James have both been wonderful, Paul in particular has been amazing and kept us sane throughout the process and provided us with constant updates which we have really appreciated. GoogleHad a wonderful experience with Jones Robinson! Molly's always been delightful over the phone and in person and no question I've had to ask about finding a property in my price range has ever been a problem for her, and also when it's come down to viewing the properties Kate has been wonderful and helpful and very detailed when showing off the properties and also has been very flexible with any last minute changes I've needed to make and going the extra mile to drive me between properties. Thank you Jones Robinson!

GoogleLike many, it seems, my house sale was not a simple one and I think that is really when you can separate the decent estate agents from the terrible ones - thankfully I chose well in engaging Jones Robinson. I sold to my second buyer after the first dropped out, leaving my property to go back on the market after all the interest hikes of 2023 and at one of the slowest times of the year (and relying on the patience of the sellers of the place I was buying). Despite those challenges, and a looming mortgage expiry on a favourable interest rate, I successfully sold and relocated before needing to go for a new mortgage offer - and that was entirely down to Jones Robinson's brilliant assistance. James (who also did the valuation) was a voice of reason after my first buyer dropped out without any warning and little explanation - always distressing - and then worked with the team to get the house back on the market immediately. Following that, Paul Evans handled things when I had a new buyer in tow. He was excellent in every way and the antithesis of everything you hear about Estate Agents. Always quick to respond to any enquiries I had, he doggedly kept the sale on track, smoothed over the bumps, and ensured communication between buyer, solicitors, and myself. There were tense moments, lots of frustrations with other solicitors and parties, but ultimately we got through it all. At the beginning of the process, I was recommended to use the Jones Robinson conveyancing service - I had expected this to be handled in-house, locally, but I was handled by a conveyancing company in Leeds. To be fair, they were excellent too and I'd use them again in a heartbeat, but if you want the comfort of being able to quickly turnaround documents and deliver them in person, then maybe give that service additional thought. Overall, I am very happy that I chose Jones Robinson and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI really couldn't give Jones Robinson any less than 5*. They have just sold yet another property for me; 3 in a row! I have been struck by their continued professionalism and overall friendliness of all their staff; in particular, James, who valued my recent house and got the price spot-on, as it sold within 2 days! Paul was also outstanding in keeping me updated whilst my transaction went through; it was great to have a friendly, approachable and calm person on the other end of the phone. I've dealt with many estate agents over the years, and you'd find it hard to beat Jones Robinson's professional work ethos and care for their clients. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you all for taking the stress out of what usually is a stressful time.

GoogleWe bought our house through Church Robinson and the service we received from them was outstanding, We were so impressed from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to others. We viewed the property with Nat who was a breath of fresh air - She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we were looking for from the first time she met us. We overran our allotted viewing time she never made us feel hurried along. Gary and his team supported us throughout and kept us informed at every stage of the sale process. They regularly and professionally chased the other parties within the chain on our behalf, and answered any queries we had very quickly and in detail. GoogleVery impressed with Jones Robinson with particular shout out to Paul Evans and Tayler Reynders who have guided us through to exchange of contracts last Friday. It is a very difficult market and to say it has been a bit of a rollercoaster would be an understatement, but they kept the communication and good advice going throughout - I honestly think we wouldn't have got there without their help. Superb service - thoroughly recommended.
