GoogleBeccy semed very plesent and helpful. I'm hopeful that Jones Robinson will assist with my property search. The viewings consultant Kate Johnson greets me at the property. With no luck as yet she remains positive that the right property is out there for my needs.

GoogleGemma is 5 star! Indeed... everyone that I have dealt with at Jones Robinson deserve awards for customer service. Rarely have I come across a company where dealing with members of staff is always a pleasant experience with no problem or request too much trouble. Yes, problems do occur as in all industries, and landlord / tenancy is no exception, but when issues happen they are tackled as a team, with Gemma the outstanding point person.

GoogleJames Oldring and the JR staff were all so very helpful as they acted on our behalf. We were selling a close relative's house under difficult circumstances and from the very first meeting the sale was handled very professionally and with sensitivity to our situation. The quality of the promotional material on the property was excellent, including a video and photographs. We were constantly updated when there was a viewer and we received regular feedback from the agent who completed the show round. When our first buyer fell through, James and his team put the property back on the market and had another buyer within a few days. The staff were always able to answer queries and got back to us very quickly. Would we recommend Jones Robinson and/or use them again? We definitely would!!

GoogleWe had some viewings booked with Jones Robinson in the Newbury area. Rachel showed us around the properties and was very helpful in answering our queries. Those which she couldn't address on the day were followed up later after a discussion back at the office. Very helpful, efficient, friendly service from Jones Robinson and Rachel in particular.
