GoogleOverall, I had a good experience with JR during the sale process. Mikyle and his team were friendly, professional, mostly efficient and gave prompt feedback on viewings. The marketing brochure was beautifully photographed and well produced. It was also updated to reflect a seasonal change. Calls to the office were answered or returned without delay. Once a sale was agreed, Andrew was very capable and proactive, which was reassuring, particularly as I was out of the country for part of the time. The 4 stars rather than 5 reflects a little of the frustration of an initial valuation that was over optimistic, and although this was adjusted a few times, it took longer than expected to find the right price. Apart from that, this was a positive engagement and I would recommend JR to prospective sellers.

GoogleThis is the second time I’ve written this. The first version went into detail of our experience today, but Google managed to wipe it out, when I switched to Outlook and back to Chrome. I’m desperately short of time, so the new version will just be a summary. I’m writing it in Word and pasting it into Google, this time. Lesson learned. We’ve only had a probate valuation, so far, but branch manager Mikyle couldn’t possibly have done a better job. He spent a good hour with us, guiding us through an appraisal of the property from a buyer’s point of view, discussing with us how best to spend time and money improving it (and how not to), demonstrating how to arrive at a realistic valuation, then explaining how the property would be marketed. We’ve sold eleven properties in our time. This was by far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent on first meeting. We’re super-impressed and have no hesitation in strongly recommending Jones Robinson in Devizes.

GoogleWe had a really good experience with Jones Robinson. The marketing was excellent, the video tour and drone shots made a big difference and really showed the property at its best. What stood out most, though, was the communication. We were given feedback very quickly after viewings, often the same day, and they were great at keeping in touch with potential buyers and following things up afterwards. It made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. Overall, they were friendly, proactive, and easy to deal with, we’d happily recommend them.
