GoogleAnisha had an excellent telephone manner. I was treated with respect and dignity. She was so helpful. This takes a large amount of the stress out of the moving process knowing that your agent is on side. This was a far cry from my past experiences from agents when looking for a rental property. I would definitately want to deal with this company - thanks to Anisha!

GoogleThroughout our home selling process, James, Paula, and Rhys were incredibly helpful, supportive, and communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Months after the completion, they very kindly resent a couple of parcels to our new address. Googlethe worst agency ever. they just advertise properties at affordable prices to make you sign up with them, collect your details and straight away the property is not available anymore. didn't happend one or two times,but happened multiple times. I will badly recommend to stay away from this scammers.
We are obviously disappointed to read your feedback. Our lettings team have advised that since registering with us last year you have viewed 5 properties, the last was in May 2023, but didn’t offer on any. You sent in a Rightmove request yesterday on a property that was already marked ‘Let Agreed’ as it had been let last week. We understand your frustrations on having to fill out your information online, unfortunately that is Rightmove’s procedure, you are already registered with Jones Robinson and our available properties are emailed to you every time we have new ones, before they go on Rightmove, giving you the opportunity to get a viewing booked before those that are not registered with us. We would absolutely love to help you find a new home so please do contact Clare Black and she will be happy to assist.

GoogleI have sold my house with Jones Robinson. Beth has been my main contact Reassuring us all the way through. Her knowledge and professionalism is unbelievable her team were superb. But back to Beth I know that I have never seen anyone lead a team in such a great way. To have gained such respect from all team members. Beth’s contact with us has been fantastic, calm timely updates nothing is to much but most all such a lovely lady we would Highly recommend jones Robinson Estate Agents.
