GoogleMy first telephone call to John Robinson was answered by Mr Alex Blake. He has a very clear friendly voice. He was so eager to help me to organise a viewing. He promised me to get a earliest viewing of the property, and he did do it. I was able to view it within few days.. he didn't stop there. He didn't forget to ring me and asked about the progress., I find it as a very rare quality..this young gentleman has a bright future on this industry, because of his kindness , and professional attitude towards clients illustrate a glittering future. Sales Consultant, Rachel C was very professional and helpful during the viewing..she was with all the information that I wanted to know about the property which is very important,.she was very attentive...a lovely lady with positive vibes.

GoogleAs a mortgage broker, it was great to work along side an estate agent that actually put in the hard hours throughout the duration of the sales process. Paula was fantastic at chasing the solicitors, vendors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure everything was going as smoothly as possible, and keeping everyone in the chain up to date with the progress. I honestly believe that if it wasn't for all her hard work, the chain would have collapsed, and our clients would not have got their dream house. Thanks again Paula.

And on the day of the viewing my brother and I were accompanied by the amazing viewing consultant, Jude Buckley. GoogleWe've been living in the same house for 4 years now with Joens Robinson as our agency, thye've been excellent and quick to react whenever we needed. They are doing regular(2 a year) house inspection for the ease of mind for landlord and a good way for us to keep a record of the house state. Jude Buckley has done the inspection for us a few times and she's been amazing, really quick and provided a thoroughly report
