GoogleJude has come to visit a couple of times now, and she is really friendly and professional. I would give 5 stars but Jones Robinson as a whole is not good with communicating with each other and had a few issues since moving to Newbury. This is a shame as there are some quality people like Jude working there but others let the business down.

GoogleI just want to update this review because we finally got all our ducks in a row and moved in mid-July 2024. It was quite a journey and throughout JR were so patient and helpful. How many times did we "just have another look" at the house we wanted to buy? I've lost count but there was always someone available to show us round. Rachel said she really enjoyed the time when my husband brought his guitar to check the sound proofing! Thanks for everything! JR always answer promptly & have information at their fingertips. Their video tours are the best I have seen. Today Caitlin was very efficient & friendly & made me feel that she had time to talk to me.
