GoogleWas not very impressed. The letting department suggested a price of £1,300 for my Parkway flat. I argued it was worth more and and got a reply saying that they'll try £1,400 but "will bring it back down after a week if no interest". I got 3 offers at the asking price in the first week !! Then when the tenant wanted to buy the property they just outsourced the liaison to another company and despite a very difficult negotiation lasting over 1 year, not a single call from Jones Robinson. The only call I got from them was when they wanted their commission....

We are disappointed to read your comments and as a result have sought clarification on the circumstances surrounding this property from both our lettings team and sales team. Our lettings team confirmed that we let this property at £1500 per month on a let-only basis, not on a managed property contract, so would not have had cause to contact you during the course of the tenancy. Our sales team have advised that both you and the buyer were updated either every week or every fortnight, by email, during the period of the sale, by our dedicated sales progressor, Amanda at ASAP who assisted Jones Robinson on this occasion. The sale took longer than normal due to a deed of variation being required, a requirement to obtain an EWS1 and works that the block managers had to carry out before completion, which were unfortunately out of our control.

Your persistence and patience has been really appreciated. You have remained incredibly calm even when things have not gone to plan (completely out of your control and not your doing but you ended up resolving despite that). I would highly recommend Jones Robinson for anyone seeking a professional, hard working and friendly estate agent who will get the job done. Thank you, Martin.

GoogleBeth and Paula at Jones Robinson have been absolutely amazing. I received regular updates about the progress of the property purchase and their innovate solutions and constant drive to move things forward meant that I continued with the purchase despite multiple delays (outside of Jones Robinsons' control). I would HIGHLY recommend instructing this company and, in particular, Beth and Paula.

GoogleThe Sales Team from Jones Robinson Newbury, have been amazing from start to finish. Our initial consultation with Beth Rawcliffe (sales director) was really professional, informative and very helpful. We knew after our meeting Beth , that we had made the right choice in choosing Jones Robinson to sell our property. The standard of marketing was exceptional. The brochure was fabulous and the added video walk through was a real bonus . We were totally overwhelmed with how many viewings we had …In fact we had never experienced this amount before when selling a house!! A big thank you to Honey Williams(viewings consultant ) for doing a great job of showing people around our house and also Jack Robbins for keeping us informed of viewings and offers on our property. Our house sold extremely quickly .We had lots of offers and sold over the asking price .This is all credit to Beth and her team who worked hard to secure this. We were impressed with Paula Rudge our Sales Progressor , who was really approachable, helpful and friendly. She always spoke to us on a weekly basis and kept us fully up to date. She had excellent communication with our buyers, solicitors and estate agents along the chain and ensured that the sale went through as speedily as possible. We have had a really positive experience throughout the process and would have no hesitation in recommending Jones Robinson , to others.

GoogleWe’ve had two great experiences with the team in Lambourn. The communication is excellent and their pool of buyers is reassuringly large which is confidence inspiring when selling. The amount of effort they put into each property is clear to see and I really don’t know why you would use any other agent in the area!
