GoogleWe recently had our boiler break and Warren got a contractor out to us very quickly. The contractor was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had some kind of hot water while waiting for a replacement boiler especially as the immersion heater was also broken. Warren was relatively easy to get a hold of and helped us turn on the immersion heater (although as I said it also turned out to be broken.) He made sure to follow up on progress.

GoogleGary and his team are exceptional. They went above and beyond, dealing with a difficult chain and managed to hold the chain together and deal with solicitors. They resolved some difficult issues, and ensured the whole move happened on time. their experience, professionalism, firendly , polite and always efficient service is amazing.

GoogleChurch Robinson are great, i honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Jo and Dawn were instrumental in the sale of my flat. We were in a long complex chain and that just felt like it would never end. I really felt like I had a team by my side, who really helped us over the line.

Initially she gave me a quick and informative run down of the key features of each home which was very helpful, then made herself available to answer any further questions I had as I viewed the properties. She had excellent local knowledge of the street of each home. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe’re currently house hunting, and anyone who’s gone through this will know what a confusing and stressful world this is. If you bought based solely on the estate agent, you’d buy because of Jade Broome. She’s professional, welcoming, individual, and exactly the sort of person you’d want to trust with the sale of your house. Church Robinson are easy to contact, polite and reliable, but Jade is their major asset in my eyes.

GoogleWe have just started the process of buying of a property with Church Robinson and already we know we are in safe hands. Never having been on a selling/chain position before, it is great to be reassured that work will happen behind the scenes. We have had the pleasure of meeting Nat and Raffaele so far, when it came to viewings and we love how at ease and friendly they are, they don't need to do the 'hard sell,' as you can see how enthusiastic and excited they are for the potential buyers to see the properties worth. Nat did an amazing job at babysitting our youngest while we looked around and he even fell asleep, it felt like we had known her years and also she made us feel she really knew us too. Raffaele is just an awesome chap, incredibly personable and knowledgeable and very caring towards us! Seeing people who really enjoy what they do and invest the time into getting to know their clients is invaluable. Courtney, Jade and Gary whom I've spoken too on the phone all are incredibly warm, professional and enthusiastic and we can't wait to continue the journey with you guys.

GoogleWe recently viewed a property with Jade Broome of Church Robinson and were immediately impressed. Jade was welcoming and friendly but not imposing and took care for COVID safety, ensuring we work masks, removed shoes and wore gloves to protect both ourselves and the owners of the house. Before we looked at the property she told us all the commonly asked information such as age of boiler etc, which was a refreshing change and came across very professional. We have viewings with other estate agents who said they would only answer our questions if we were serious and going to put an offer in! In addition, the process of making an offer and providing all correct documentation was made easy as we were provided us with a list of what to do in the instance we would like to make an offer. From that point onwards we had a good experience, with Vanessa keeping in touch with us and all the solicitors to ensure that things were moving along. We have now moved into our new home after only a few months since the first visit. Thank you Church Robinson team!

GoogleAn overall great experience. We bought a small 1bed property that had an onward chain. We weren't sure how long the purchase will take as this was our first house we bought, but Dawn has been very helpful in assisting, answering all our questions, recommending us a solicitor and genuinely just being there for us. Would definitely recommend Church Robinson for any property purchase.
