We recently viewed a property with Jade Broome of Church Robinson and were immediately impressed. Jade was welcoming and friendly but not imposing and took care for COVID safety, ensuring we work masks, removed shoes and wore gloves to protect both ourselves and the owners of the house. Before we looked at the property she told us all the commonly asked information such as age of boiler etc, which was a refreshing change and came across very professional. We have viewings with other estate agents who said they would only answer our questions if we were serious and going to put an offer in! In addition, the process of making an offer and providing all correct documentation was made easy as we were provided us with a list of what to do in the instance we would like to make an offer. From that point onwards we had a good experience, with Vanessa keeping in touch with us and all the solicitors to ensure that things were moving along. We have now moved into our new home after only a few months since the first visit. Thank you Church Robinson team!
