Hello. I don't often write reviews but sometimes am compelled to do so when the service warrants it (good or bad). We met Clare Black whilst she was working at the Lambourn Branch, she was extremely approachable and quite frankly a joy to go through trying to purchase a property in such difficult times, at no time did she put any pressure on us, despite being extremely busy with other customers and would answer and return missed calls promptly and in fact he gave us support and friendship without losing any professionalism.sadly, we was outbid and the search continues. Clare has now moved to the Newbury branch, where I am confident I will meet the same standard set by the Lamborne branch. Jones Robinson Estate Agents, IMHO are doing a brilliant job and giving estate agents a great name We would highly recommend Jones Robinson Estate Agent and they should consider themselves to be very lucky to have her as part of the team. I would also like to add my personal thanks to Jo and Toyah in the Lamborn office who were always friendly and helpful and even knew the address of the house I was trying to ask about via my awful description, even if I didn't. I feel confident these ladies will try their very best to find me a home.

Unhappy with service, expressed I wanted to place a deposit on rental property and was advised unable to do so until I had viewed the property in person even though I had viewed the property via online viewing and placed an offer on the online system. Property then went before I was able to view in person. Company policies & procedures need to be made clear before you are able to place an offer!!!!!!!!!

Had a viewing with Raffaele Ulmini who was by far the most brilliant, thorough, enthusiastic (and best dressed!!) estate agent we've dealt with so far. Full of the property history and current information, fun jokes and engagement to really make you start to imagine the possibility of living in the property. Although on that occasion we didn't put an offer in on the property, it was an absolute pleasure to have him show us round and we hope that we will see him again once another property comes up! thank you Raffaele! We recently viewed a property with Jade Broome of Church Robinson and were immediately impressed. Jade was welcoming and friendly but not imposing and took care for COVID safety, ensuring we work masks, removed shoes and wore gloves to protect both ourselves and the owners of the house. Before we looked at the property she told us all the commonly asked information such as age of boiler etc, which was a refreshing change and came across very professional. We have viewings with other estate agents who said they would only answer our questions if we were serious and going to put an offer in! In addition, the process of making an offer and providing all correct documentation was made easy as we were provided us with a list of what to do in the instance we would like to make an offer. From that point onwards we had a good experience, with Vanessa keeping in touch with us and all the solicitors to ensure that things were moving along. We have now moved into our new home after only a few months since the first visit. Thank you Church Robinson team!

This is our first time going through with a tenancy with Church Robinson and our experience with Marta and Vanessa has been absolutely fantastic! We first met Marta when she showed us round the property; she was very knowledgeable, gave us great advice and insight into the local area. The next day we received a phone call from Marta with the good news of being accepted for the tenancy. She was so genuinely excited for us and was always available to help us out with any queries we had after our phone call - we felt very looked after! Since then Vanessa has progressed our tenancy seamlessly and provided us with regular updates. The process was smoothly executed and we definitely felt like our tenancy progression was in safe hands. Vanessa was always clear with any communications and I knew where our tenancy was at every step of the way! From the moment we signed up with Church Robinson to help find our new house, Raffaele was incredibly helpful and professional.
