I attended a viewing with John Shepherds Letting and initially everything seemed fine. After I expressed interest in renting the flat, I received a link to complete an application on Goodlord, but the process was a complete mess.

GoogleWe have sold and purchased a number of properties over the years and our general experience of estate agents has not been good. However, Jenna was completely the opposite, she was constantly available, provided weekly updates, drove not only the process of our sale but also our buyers. She managed communications between solicitors, some of which were both difficult and frustrating. Her communication with us was excellent, her enthusiasm and sense of humour for her role in the process was always evident. We have no hesitation recommending her services.

GoogleI have been living in a John Shepherd property for 4.5 years and have found them excellent agents. If there are any issues they respond very quickly and get everything fixed. There are regular repairs and updates to the building and communication is clear. I have rented a lot of properties in the past and these have been the best agents I have encountered. Lois Molloy was my Property Manager and she is responsive and understanding. I would definitely rent with them again!

GoogleWe have been overwhelmed with how supportive JS has been in our first 7 days being in our new home. All issues have been sorted within hours or days. Quite possibly the worst estate agents I've had to deal with. In short their solution to any problem is to pass the buck until you tire. It's an absolute joke of a company run by incompetent people.In fact the employment turnaround is telling. You call and speak to one person, the following week they're gone!
