John Shepherd amazing service.

I have been with John Shepherd since April 26 looking to sell my property. They have been a wealth of advice throughout and have sold the property 2 times, almost at first viewing on both occasions (other factors pulled the initial sale, the current sale is going though the process now). From changing the look of the ads, to advice and calming my fears, they have been brilliant. Matt Elsworth and the team have been brilliant. If I sold another property, I would not hesitate to use them!

Having rented my house out due to a posting abroad through Jamie Smith and his team at John Shepherd for the last 5 year I can't recommend enough. The communication is first class as is the service they provide. The regular property inspections they carry out are comprehensive and allow me to ensure that the property is in the best possible condition for the tenant. Whilst I have primarily dealt with Jamie , I have also had dealings with the wider team who have always delivered a 1st class service. Professional, friendly & attentive Team

I have used John Shepherd twice now for the 'LET ONLY' option. Most recently Mandi Thandi was handling my property. She was professional, friendly & attentive. Gave me brilliant guidance & the team tried their best to get us a good rental price. great service. So far so good with both sets of tenants. Cost of this service is on the higher side compared to other agents but I'd still highly recommend and genuinely look forward to working with them again.

Professional, Friendly Staff

We have now used John Shepherd to sell 2 houses and both times service has been excellent. 1st house was sold in 4 days the 2nd house a couple of months but the market has been more difficult lately. Abby has been great, put up with all my questions and calling for updates nothing was ever too much trouble. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from John Shepherd, and particularly from my Property Manager, Sue Birch. Sue was excellent throughout, always responding promptly to my queries, keeping me well informed and providing clear, professional advice whenever needed.
