Lois & Joanne are very helpful arranging repairs, ensuring access is available & processing invoices in a timely manner. A truly seamless working relationship I am very grateful for and I am sure their landlords are also very appreciative of also.

GoogleLois one of the estate agents has been nothing but amazing in helping us with getting repairs done in our property. As a tenant in previous houses I’ve rented in the past getting repairs and work that needs doing has seemed a challenge. Lois couldn’t help us enough, everything we’ve mentioned to her has been done and within a very good time frame. She goes out of her way to check that we are happy with the work. Lois is a credit to the company and anyone who has her work for them will be extremely lucky!

Hi I have been associated with John Shephered for more than 3 years.. The team is very supportive, I have got the beautiful house by canal with the help of Megan and she has been great support during the entire process. The best part is we got the house while we were studying and were international students, where most of the Agency refuse to proceed with students, John and Shepherd were exceptional, Megan helped us through the process and helped us to get the house. Thanks to the entire team especially Megan :)

Has a proper handle on technical issues. Can communicate effectively and in detail on work done, how work is to be done, including all fine detail and technicalities. Gets stuff done at a million miles per hour. People like this are a rarity in my experience.

I experienced some issues due to the council not being informed of new tenant contracts, which unfortunately led to me being charged council tax incorrectly. While this was frustrating, Lara has been excellent in dealing with the situation. She has been proactive in sorting everything out, kept me well informed throughout, and communicated clearly at every stage. Lara has shown great professionalism and strong communication skills, and I really appreciate the effort she put in to resolve the matter.
