Rooms looked good for the price, spacious enough, good enough window view considering the price. I currently pay more money for less space, so can’t wait to change locations. Kelvin was a great tour guide, had good manners and stayed patient despite running into some problems.

As a prospective tenant I found Shepherd to be attentive and responsive. Having paid my initial rental, there was a remarkable change in their attitude. Immediately after collecting the keys I advised them by telephone of landlords processions being left in the flat and that their inventory report was not worth the paper it was written on, with damaged fittings not listed and assertions made that the property had been professionally cleaned when it was left in a filthy condition. This was confirmed in writing by returning the amended inventory and requesting contact. Despite assurances made to respond, they have totally ignored me. Tenants beware. They are not interested in carrying out their duties as managing agents and you will be ignored based on my experience.

GoogleAvoid this letting agency!!! They kept my deposit for more than three months, trying to charge me cleaning fee even though I hired a cleaner to clean the property professionally.

Lois & Joanne are very helpful arranging repairs, ensuring access is available & processing invoices in a timely manner. GoogleLois one of the estate agents has been nothing but amazing in helping us with getting repairs done in our property. As a tenant in previous houses I’ve rented in the past getting repairs and work that needs doing has seemed a challenge. Lois couldn’t help us enough, everything we’ve mentioned to her has been done and within a very good time frame. She goes out of her way to check that we are happy with the work. Lois is a credit to the company and anyone who has her work for them will be extremely lucky!
