GoogleI recently rented out my property through John Payne, Plumstead, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received from the Lettings Manager, Leonardo, and his team. From the moment Leonardo visited the property to provide the valuation, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As a first-time landlord, I had a lot of questions and was unsure about the process, but Leonardo took the time to guide me through everything step by step and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Leonardo and his team worked incredibly efficiently and helped me secure a suitable tenant and complete the move-in process within just two weeks, including the referencing and necessary checks. I was particularly impressed with the communication, professionalism and attention to detail throughout. I always felt that my property was in safe hands and that I was being kept informed at every stage. A huge thank you to Leonardo and the entire John Payne team for their hard work and excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

GoogleI appointed JPEA to sell my mothers apartment. It is difficult to see how the service could have been bettered. Friendly, very efficient and very helpful from the start to completion. Stay away from these cowboys. Bunch of liars and useless. Had so much trouble at leaving a property I was renting because their new tenant failed to move in to a moldy house. Even after I gave all keys and cleaned house still tried to make me liable for rent & bills. Now after 2.5years I get letters to pay bills that the property was empty. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Googlethe staff very unhelpful in helping out finding a propriety or simply understanding the need or having a chat in providing some sort of customer service, all you can do is to book your viewing via their website and you will be let to wait...so pretty unhelpful

Further to your office visit my colleague was unable to fulfil your initial request as we don’t undertake shared accommodation nor did we have any property available in your preferred area, she did then show you other similar property, but these weren’t suitable. She then advised you to review our website and book viewings direct with our automated viewing system. Your comments go against the many other 5* reviews and positive comments she and the lettings team receive as we always strive to offer a professional personal service. I am sorry if you don’t feel that she was helpful but am unsure what more she could have done to assist you. John Buckby Lettings Manager
