I chose John Payne in East Greenwich to sell my flat and I was absolutely happy with their service. The team always kept me regularly updated after accepting the offer until completion. In particular the service provided by Sam was excellent. He is very professional and provided me with all sorts of advice. He offered me different options on how to market the property and find the best buyer, which he managed to do very quickly, He showed a very helpful approach throughout the entire sale process which went very smoothly.
