GoogleAfter making an enquiry via Rightmove on Sunday for a house viewing, I was contacted first thing on Monday morning by Chloe H who took immediate steps to get the viewing booked. All was sorted within days: on the day of the viewing, she arrived early and brought a brochure of the house with her so I could leave with it. She took the time to show me around the house in a friendly yet very professional way. She made such an impression on me that I decided to put my own house for sale with JG. If this is how JG proceeds, I am confident they will be able to sell my own house with the efficiency I have witnessed myself as a ‘house hunter’. Thank you Chloe!

GoogleAlthough we did not sell through John German, they were our sellers agents, we found them to be very professional and helpful from initial viewing, which was accompanied by them, to the final completion. There were several holdups further down the chain but it was only John German who kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend Thank you

GoogleAbsolutely amazing team. Suzi, Izabel, Laura and Tracey, all extremely professional and so lovely. I was given notice to leave my property and in less than a month I'm in my new home. Suzi knew exactly what I wanted as she'd found my previous house. The whole process, which could be stressful, was dealt with so efficiently and I felt as if the whole team had my best interests at heart. I think they match tenants and landlords very well, knowing what we both need. I have and will continue to highly recommend you to anyone trying to navigate the rental market. Thank you all so much. GoogleThe Derby John German branch did an excellent job of advising us on pricing strategy allowing the sale to be completed at our offer price rather than jumping to accept a much lower offer. The sales progress team provided support and timely intervention to move the completion of the sale in a smooth process.
